Thursday, April 07, 2005 Unsurprisingly NTL's rollout of their broadband speed increase has been managed very poorly. I only found out from a third party forum that to have it increased you need to phone them! No mention on their site or anything. After two calls (the first one said I couldn't have it), they increased my pipe to 1mb! It should be 2mb but my crappy Pace set top box can't handle it and I need a new Samsung box. So an engineer's apparently coming to fit one on the 25th May. Don't hurry will you? Hmm, sweepstake that he turns up anyone?
