Apart from booze, booze, hangover and booze, I also found time to put my arm down a poo filled toilet to clear a blockage. Just what you need when feeling sick with hangover. So why the hell has my passenger window fallen out? P opened the window all the way, then "clunk!" as the glass fell off the mechanism and rattled around inside the door. Fantastic! So now the car's with VW whilst they try and sort it out, and probably make up some crap as to why it won't be covered under the warranty. Don't even think about it! VW rate themselves on excellent service. Let's see how they fare with this one. It takes ages to sort all your favourite channels as they provide such a poorly designed menu, and then they screw up the cable box so it's all reset to the defaults again. Useless b@stards! And then there's the lag in the horrible purple menus, (epg etc); bad picture quality; random broadband disconnects; webspace you can't connect to; incompetent technical support; e-mails that are never answered....the list is endless.
