P and me went to the Registrar's office this morning and got the paperwork sorted for the main event of 2004, which involved us giving them £60 in admin fees! They try to deliver on Monday. I phone them Tuesday morning and give a different address to deliver to. I phone them Thursday and they'd forgotton about Tuesday. They then deliver it on Friday to a completely different address to the one that's on the parcel. WTF?
